Training · food · shopping
A coach for the gym and the kitchen.
Tell it what you lifted, what you ate, what's in the fridge. It logs it, writes your week, plans the meals, builds the shopping list — and prices it at your stores.

The coach
Ask, and it's done.
It isn't a chatbot bolted on. Everything in the app is something it can do for you: log a set, swap a meal, move your rest day, put eggs on the list, tell you what this week will cost. Say it the way you'd say it to a friend.
- Logs what you tell it — sets, meals, weigh-ins, water, sleep
- Changes your plan and your meals in place
- Three voices: encouraging, plain, or gym-floor

Training
Every set tells it what's next.
A programme built around your days, your equipment and your injuries — then adjusted by what you actually do. Strength work, muscle work and pump work progress differently, and the app knows which is which.
- Targets for every movement, with the rep range and why
- Progress forecasts, and a plain word when you've stalled
- Rest timer, supersets, holds in seconds, cardio too

Food
Meals that fit. A list that knows your kitchen.
A week of meals at your calories and protein, around what you like and what you'll actually cook. The shopping list is what you buy — one dozen eggs, not '2 eggs, beaten' — minus what's already in the cupboard.
- Calorie targets measured from your own weigh-ins, not a formula
- Never below what you burn at rest
- Breastfeeding and postpartum handled properly

Shopping
Prices from the shelf. Plans around the sales.
Compare the week's list at Superstore, Walmart, Costco and more, see what's on sale and what's overpriced, and let the planner lean on the deals. On your phone, shop mode is the list as a checklist, aisle by aisle.
- Each store's total, and the cheapest split
- Every food's price over time, per store
- Optional browser extension that fills your cart

Progress
Honest numbers.
Your weight is a trend, not this morning. A forecast says where you're heading and whether that's the pace you want. And when something is unknown, the app says so instead of guessing — a missing meal is never counted as zero.
- Weight trend and forecast, gaining or losing
- Lifts graded on what you did, not what you planned
- Adjusts your calories every two weeks, if you let it

Your body is not the product.
