Email stephen.sander1@gmail.com — a real person reads it, usually within two working days. Signed in, you can also use Tell us in the menu, which reaches the same person and keeps the screen you were on with your message.
Signing in
Forgot your password? Use reset it, or sign in with Google instead. A new account needs its email confirmed first — check your spam folder for the link.
Your subscription
Change plan or cancel from Settings → Account → Manage subscription; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing you have logged is removed. The plans and the trial are on the terms page.
The Chrome extension
It puts your shopping list beside Real Canadian Superstore, Loblaws, No Frills, Save-On-Foods, Walmart and Costco. Sign in at sorewinner.app in the same Chrome first. If the panel does not appear, reload the store's page. Buy now on the Kitchen opens your chosen store with that meal, day or week ready in the panel. It works on a computer; on a phone, use Find beside each ingredient.
Your data
Download everything from Settings → Account → Your data. Erase your data and keep the account, or delete the account entirely, from the same place. What is kept and why is in the privacy policy.
It is a coach, not a doctor
Nothing in Sore Winner is medical advice. If you are pregnant, recently gave birth, injured, or have a medical condition, check with a doctor, midwife or physiotherapist — and stop anything that hurts sharply.
